Hier waren energieintensive HIT-Deckenstrahler im Frische- und Tiefk\u00fchllager mit einem Verbrauch von je circa 450 Watt installiert. K\u00fchlanlagen mussten gegen die hohe W\u00e4rmeproduktion der Leuchten ank\u00fchlen, was den Stromverbrach zus\u00e4tzlich in die H\u00f6he trieb.\n\n\nDer Kundenwunsch:\nDie bestehende, h\u00f6chst ineffiziente Deckenbeleuchtung sollte komplett deinstalliert und durch neue energieeffiziente LED-Leuchten ersetzt werden.\n\nUnsere L\u00f6sung:\nBei -25 Grad Celsius Raumtemperatur wurden die Deckenleuchten sukzessive auf unsere energieeffiziente LED-Technik umger\u00fcstet. Hier wurden Lichtb\u00e4nder mit je 4\u00a0PIN-Modulen\u00a0an einem neu installierten Schienentragsystem montiert. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde eine Dimmfunktion und Radarbewegungsmelder realisiert. Eine besondere Anforderung bestand in der Deckenh\u00f6he von ca. 12 m und darin, einen Steiger zu finden, der bei den Extremtemperaturen betriebsf\u00e4hig bleibt und nicht vereist. Parallel wurden im Wareneingang und -ausgang unsere Starklichtstrahler, bestehend aus 6\u00a0PIN-Modulen\u00a0in einer H\u00f6he von ca. 6 m angebracht. Im Ergebnis konnten damit enorme Energieeinsparungen bei einem Verbrauch von nur 100 Watt erzielt werden. \u00a0Bei Nutzung der Dimmfunktion im Mittel verbrauchen die Module sogar nur 24 Watt. Wegen der Eisesk\u00e4lte konnte unser Team nur im Zwei-Stunden-Takt im K\u00fchlhaus arbeiten, aber das Projekt wurde dennoch zeitgerecht und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Kunden realisiert. Alle\u00a0Pin-Module\u00a0werden direkt bei uns hergestellt und sind somit Original \u201cMade in Berlin\u201d. Energy-intensive HIT ceiling spotlights were installed in the fresh food and deep-freeze storage areas, each consuming around 450 watts. Cooling systems had to cool against the high heat production of the luminaires, which also drove up electricity consumption.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The customer&#8217;s wish:<\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em>The existing, highly inefficient ceiling lighting was to be completely removed and replaced with new energy-efficient LED lights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our solution:<\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em>At a room temperature of -25 degrees Celsius, the ceiling lights were gradually converted to our energy-efficient LED technology. Here, strip lights with 4 <a href=\"http:\/\/braunshopneu.local\/produkt-kategorie\/led-module\/led-universalmodule\/\">PIN-Modulen<\/a> mounted on a newly installed rail support system. A dimming function and radar motion detector were also realised. One particular challenge was the ceiling height of around 12 metres and finding a ladder that would remain operational and not ice up in the extreme temperatures. At the same time, our high-intensity floodlights were installed in incoming and outgoing goods, consisting of 6 <a href=\"http:\/\/braunshopneu.local\/produkt-kategorie\/led-module\/led-universalmodule\/\">PIN-Modulen<\/a> in a height of approx. 6 metres. As a result, enormous energy savings were achieved with a consumption of just 100 watts. When using the dimming function, the modules only consume an average of 24 watts. Due to the freezing cold, our team was only able to work in the cold store in two-hour cycles, but the project was still completed on time and to the customer&#8217;s complete satisfaction. All <a href=\"http:\/\/braunshopneu.local\/produkt-kategorie\/led-module\/led-universalmodule\/\">Pin-Module<\/a> are manufactured directly by us and are therefore original &#8220;Made in Berlin&#8221;. Hier waren energieintensive HIT-Deckenstrahler im Frische- und Tiefk\u00fchllager mit einem Verbrauch von je circa 450 Watt installiert. K\u00fchlanlagen mussten gegen die hohe W\u00e4rmeproduktion der Leuchten ank\u00fchlen, was den Stromverbrach zus\u00e4tzlich in die H\u00f6he trieb. Der Kundenwunsch: Die bestehende, h\u00f6chst ineffiziente Deckenbeleuchtung sollte komplett deinstalliert und durch neue energieeffiziente LED-Leuchten ersetzt werden. Unsere L\u00f6sung: Bei -25 Grad Celsius Raumtemperatur wurden die Deckenleuchten sukzessive auf unsere energieeffiziente LED-Technik umger\u00fcstet. Hier wurden Lichtb\u00e4nder mit je 4\u00a0PIN-Modulen\u00a0an einem neu installierten Schienentragsystem montiert. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde eine Dimmfunktion und Radarbewegungsmelder realisiert. Eine besondere Anforderung bestand in der Deckenh\u00f6he von ca. 12 m und darin, einen Steiger zu finden, der bei den Extremtemperaturen betriebsf\u00e4hig bleibt und nicht vereist. Parallel wurden im Wareneingang und -ausgang unsere Starklichtstrahler, bestehend aus 6\u00a0PIN-Modulen\u00a0in einer H\u00f6he von ca. 6 m angebracht. Im Ergebnis konnten damit enorme Energieeinsparungen bei einem Verbrauch von nur 100 Watt erzielt werden. \u00a0Bei Nutzung der Dimmfunktion im Mittel verbrauchen die Module sogar nur 24 Watt. Wegen der Eisesk\u00e4lte konnte unser Team nur im Zwei-Stunden-Takt im K\u00fchlhaus arbeiten, aber das Projekt wurde dennoch zeitgerecht und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Kunden realisiert. Alle\u00a0Pin-Module\u00a0werden direkt bei uns hergestellt und sind somit Original \u201cMade in Berlin\u201d.
